Enzymatically pre-digested (hydrolyzed) chicken cartilage extract produced in France, which contains not only the collagen in the cartilage, but also other components of the so-called extracellular matrix that makes up the cartilage. Thus, in addition to type II collagen, it also contains hyaluronic acid and aminoglycans, mainly chondroitin sulfate, naturally, without addition.

Consumption recommendation: We recommend consuming 1.5 g (=3 ml, or about 1 slightly heaped teaspoon) per day. It can be taken at any time, with or without a meal, but it is best to take it half an hour before exercise, or if you have problematic joints, half an hour before exercising (for example, before a long walk). It can also be taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
