The manufacturer chose the French Naticol® fish collagen for this product, its most pre-digested version, in which the average size of the peptides is already below 2000 Dalton, so it is quickly and completely utilized. Another significant difference is that this collagen is Neu5Gc-free, so we also recommend it to those following a strict autoimmune diet who avoid foods from mammalian animals due to their Neu5Gc content (collagen is mostly made from pork or beef skin). It contains more glycine than pork and beef collagens.

Recommended intake : Several French and Japanese human clinical trials have been conducted with Naticol®, based on which a daily intake of 2.5 - 5 g may be sufficient, but it is best to consume 5-10 g per day, which is what we recommend. You can of course consume more than this, but it will only provide few additional benefits. It can be mixed into any liquid, its taste is neutral. It is excellent in a morning cocoa or smoothie.

When measuring with the GAL dosing spoon, the powder should always reach the edge of the spoon head, and the level of the horizontally spread powder should run to the point on the handle shown in the figure. After the scooping motion, any excess can be reduced to the desired level by gently tapping. After a few tries, it will become an easy routine.

Shelf life: After opening, always reseal the product carefully so that it remains edible for six months.
