GAL Lactoferrin plus (120 g, 60 servings)

Lactoferrin is the protein that makes colostrum so valuable. However, colostrum also contains many undesirable growth factors (e.g. IGF-1), milk protein, lactose, and hormones. GAL Lactoferrin plus, on the other hand, is free of these (or may contain traces of milk protein). It contains all three types of lactoferrin naturally occurring in colostrum, but predominantly apo-lactoferrin, which is the most valuable of them. This product was developed by the manufacturer in collaboration with the Nutrition-Adjustment™ professional team.

Consumption recommendation: The product also contains water-insoluble bamboo fiber, so consume as soon as possible after stirring for about half a minute. For general use, take ~2-4 g (~1-2 teaspoons) per day. For treatment-like use, take 3 x 4 g per day for 1-2 weeks. Doses above 12 g may cause mild diarrhea! Children should be dosed according to body weight, assuming an adult weight of 60 kg.

When measuring with the GAL dosing spoon, the powder should always reach the edge of the spoon head, and the level of the horizontally spread powder should run to the point on the handle shown in the figure. After the scooping motion, any excess can be reduced to the desired level by gently tapping. After a few tries, it will become an easy routine.
