GAL Multivitamin

The GAL Multivitamin product was developed by the manufacturer in light of the latest research, keeping in mind naturalness and life-likeness, so that it contains all vitamins, minerals, and trace elements in an ideal form, quantity, and ratio, not deviating from how we could get them with a constant, nutrient-rich, varied diet. Where beneficial, the vitamins and minerals are partly derived from extracts of organically grown (bio) medicinal and spice herbs. In the case of quantities, it was considered important throughout that the daily dose definitely contains the dose found to be effective, but in no case should it exceed life-like quantities, i.e. the quantity that could not be covered by nutrition in any way. In addition, it is extremely important that nothing that is not there is left in addition to the carefully selected ingredients. You will not find any trace of such in our product.

Daily dose: 1 Vitamin C capsule (white) + 1 Lipophilic oil capsule (brown) + 2 Hydrophilic powder capsules (yellow).

Consumption recommendation:
All four capsules can be taken at the same time with any main meal of the day, but it is better to take them in the morning or during the day than in the evening. If you want to maximize absorption and/or have a sensitive stomach, take the white capsule on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal, 1 of the yellow capsules with your first and 1 with your second main meal, while the soft gelatin oil capsules with any main meal, but best with the fat-rich meal, not the evening meal.

Our optional supplement suggestion if you do not consume saltwater fish/catfish 1-2 times a week: GAL Omega-3 Eco. If your diet is not rich in magnesium (not abundant in game meats, cephalopods, mollusks, green leafy vegetables, quinoa, pumpkin in good quantities every day), you should also consume good quality magnesium; we offer two types.

Shelf life: Cut the sachet in the box along the notch on the edge with scissors, then carefully close it again, so that the contents can be consumed for a quarter of a year. The silica gel insert in the product also serves to bind environmental moisture, contributing to preserving the impeccable quality of the capsules.

Do not exceed the recommended consumption amount! The product is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
