GAL Q10+MCT oil 250 ml
GAL Q10 + MCT, 50 x 100 mg Q10 coenzyme, 250 ml
Q10 produced by plant fermentation, crystal-free and stabilized in MCT oil.
There are two forms of Q10, the reduced (ubiquinol) and the unreduced (ubiquinone) form. Only the unreduced form can be produced naturally (ideally through plant fermentation), but both forms are present in our bodies and in food, and we need both. The reduced form is very sensitive to heat, acid, and light, and is oxidized by stomach acid. We can only get the unreduced form orally. However, our body converts this into the reduced form as needed, so although we can only get the oxidized form, roughly the same amount of ubiquinol and ubiquinone circulate in our body. Our antioxidant system is responsible for the reduction, which if supported even with proper nutrition and, for example, a little vitamin C, is enough to do it perfectly, there is no need to take the reduced form, which would be useless if taken orally.
Q10 is a crystalline substance that is not soluble in water at all, but is soluble in oily media only when warm, and it is difficult to keep it in solution, while its absorption is poor due to the lack of crystallinity. In our product, we have used a simple, but new solution that has not been used by others to eliminate this problem: we have created a Q10 solution with the highest possible concentration, which is able to keep Q10 in a crystal-free, dissolved state over a wide temperature range. We have dissolved it in MCT oil obtained from palm kernels from sustainable farming, so that absorption is not hindered even in the event of insufficient bile production. To ensure stability and at the same time to support the proper reduction of Q10 within the body, we have also added our unique antioxidant system, which consists of, among others, the so-called supercritical extraction of sage leaves, red palm fruit and tocopherols and tocotrienols obtained from vegetable oils.
The effects of coenzyme Q10, based on clinical studies, may be as follows:
- In studies, it improved circulation, blood flow, endothelial function, the status of antioxidant-producing enzymes, and even erectile function...
- In several studies, it has improved exercise performance, VO2max (VO2 max is the maximum amount of oxygen the body can absorb and transport), sperm quality and motility, and overall quality of life.
- Significantly reduced lipid peroxidation, symptoms of fibromyalgia, Prader Willi syndrome and Peyronie's disease in studies.
- In studies, oral Q10 slightly reduced UV-induced skin damage, fatigue, Parkinson's disease symptoms, muscle damage, the risk of pre-eclampsia, and blood pressure.
Consumption recommendation: We recommend consuming 5 ml (1-2 tsp) per day in one or more portions. It is best with a meal, but can also be taken without. It is worth consuming half the recommended dose in the first few days, because MCT oil can initially cause mild diarrhea in people who are sensitive to it (this is very rare under 10 ml per day). Over time, this will go away and the dose can be increased.
Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature, protected from light. Caution: If stored for a long time below 12°C, Q10 may precipitate, which will dissolve again at room temperature or with slight heating.
Shelf life: Once opened, store the product at room temperature and consume within a quarter of a year. Make sure to measure the required amount only with a clean spoon to avoid contamination of the product, which will lead to faster deterioration.
Do not exceed the recommended consumption amount! The product is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
