There are many forms of magnesium, which differ significantly in their utilization. It is not enough to know the name of a well-utilized form, because it does not tell us two important things: Does it cause loose stools? If it does, then it is already less useful... The other is whether it is a "fully reacted" form? If not, then a significant part of the magnesium is not in the form indicated in the ingredients, but remains in inorganic form.

In this product, magnesium is present exclusively bound to the amino acid glycine, i.e. in a “fully reacted” organic form. The manufacturer's experience is that this form does not cause loose stools or other problems, even for those with sensitive stomachs.

Dosage recommendation: 2 x 1 capsule daily. It is best to take one capsule in the evening after dinner or before bedtime, and the other after any meal.

Shelf life: Cut the bag in the box along the notch on the edge with scissors, then carefully close it again, so the contents will remain edible for a quarter of a year.
