Shoden® is a new type of ashwagandha extract, which is mostly praised for its higher active ingredient content than ever before. This is true, but it doesn't really matter. What makes Shoden® really interesting is, among other things, a 2023 clinical trial (PMC10746415) also shows it very well: the intake of the same amount of active ingredients with a given concentration of active ingredients showed 18 times better bioavailability than a traditional ashwagandha extract. It is extracted with both alcohol and water, using the most modern technology. Thus, it achieves a wider range of active ingredients than the Sensoril® we have used so far, which has the widest spectrum of active ingredients and is produced only by aqueous extraction, which can thus have an even stronger synergistic effect on absorption. In addition to those resulting from the most advanced extraction, it has also been proven by measurement that Shoden® contains not only much more, but also much more diverse active ingredients than the best extracts to date, this is also beautifully visible in the comparison of their so-called chromatograms.

Dosage recommendation: Although ashwagandha is usually taken on an empty stomach, this is less important for Shoden®. Even 1 tablet per day is beneficial, but we generally recommend taking 1-2 tablets in the morning, or the same amount before bedtime if needed. Depending on the purpose, it can be taken at other times, e.g. before exercise. Do not take more than 4 tablets at a time, and do not take more than 4 tablets in a day.

Attention, We do not recommend its consumption in case of hyperthyroidism, and during pregnancy, it should only be consumed with the approval of your doctor.

Shelf life : Cut the bag in the box along the notch on the edge with scissors, then carefully close it again, so the contents can be consumed for a quarter of a year.
